Welcome to lrgdmc.com. These Carriage Terms (“Terms”) govern the shipment of our products, including T-shirts and hoodies, to you, the customer. These Terms apply to all orders placed on our website. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are effective as of the date of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the destination country or region and the total weight of the package. We strive to provide accurate shipping rates, but final costs are calculated using the carrier’s standard pricing models for the specific service selected.

  • Calculation: Shipping fees are displayed clearly before you confirm payment at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain monetary threshold. Please check the current promotion details on our homepage or at checkout.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment or returned due to our error. If a customer refuses a package upon delivery, original shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate different needs. The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7–21 business days. This is our most economical option.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days. A faster option for those who need their items sooner.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Our fastest available service for urgent deliveries.

All shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to many countries and regions listed at checkout. To verify if we ship to your location, please enter your address during the checkout process.

  • APO/FPO Addresses: We strive to ship to as many destinations as possible, including Armed Forces Postal (APO/FPO) addresses where carrier services permit.
  • Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain regions due to legal restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations. If a destination is unavailable, the checkout process will indicate this.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • During peak seasons, such as major holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. The estimates provided in the “Shipping Methods” section are approximations and not guaranteed.

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, Lrgdmc is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s site using the provided tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system after receiving your confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are levied by the local government or carrier and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
  • No Declarations: Lrgdmc cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees. All items must be declared accurately according to international shipping regulations.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting: You must report any issues within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Investigation: Upon notification, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
  • Claims: We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable. Resolution depends on the carrier’s policies and the outcome of the investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

  • Accuracy: Lrgdmc is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Returns: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.
  • Corrections: If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and the carrier’s modification fees may apply.
